The Medical Education Unit (MEU) is the faculty-development and curriculum-support cell of the college. It helps implement the NMC Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) undergraduate curriculum.

Role

• Faculty development workshops (teaching methods, assessment, AETCOM)
• Support for lesson planning, OSCE/OSPE and internal assessment design
• Orientation of new teachers to NMC graduate medical education regulations
• Coordination with the Curriculum Committee on phase-wise implementation
