The Scientific Committee supports undergraduate and faculty research at Shrinivas (G) Educational & Research Institute of Medical Sciences. It reviews study proposals, encourages conference participation, and aligns academic events with NMC expectations for a teaching medical college.
Role
- Screen student and faculty research ideas for scientific merit and feasibility
- Guide protocol writing, ethics submission and basic biostatistics support
- Coordinate scientific sessions, journal clubs and research methodology workshops
- Record publications, posters and ICMR / STS-style student projects where applicable
