Two round-the-clock trauma theatres receive highway crashes, sports injuries and agricultural mishaps; students witness triage decisions, AO fracture classification and C-arm–guided reductions before scrubbing in for real fixation. Arthroscopy suites run shoulder, knee and ankle lists four days a week, letting trainees alternate between portal placement and suture-anchor tying under HD 4 K cameras that magnify ligament anatomy ten-fold. Joint-replacement theatres use laminar airflow and patient-matched cutting blocks, exposing residents to rapid-recovery protocols and computer‐navigated alignment—skills that translate directly to DNB and MS exit exams.

Spine tables with navigation and neuromonitoring enable deformity correction and disc surgeries, and a gait-analysis lab tailors rehab for every post-op patient. Outreach disability camps across Saran district perform club-foot correction and distribute orthoses free of cost, embodying our social mission. Research on osteoporosis screening, biological fixation and low-cost implants attracts national citations and industry collaboration.
